Claude Code plugin marketplace + PyPI-ready packaging.

  • In-chat install for Claude Code:
    /plugin marketplace add axisrobo/ea-harness
    /plugin install archharness@archharness-marketplace
  • Self-contained wheel + sdist prepared for PyPI upload (pip install archharness).
  • Includes resource-root guidance in every skill, mandatory workflow spec
    (standards/workflow.yaml), and the arch-workflow gatekeeper skill.
  • Artifacts: source zip, wheel, sdist.
