Welcome to the ecosystem wiki!
Ecosystem owns the reusable issue pipeline under apps/issue-pipeline/. Its caller assigns one issue, branch and stage per invocation. Jobs still work on project-buddy as their configured target; project-buddy's product documentation, target rules and writable target wiki remain separate.
This wiki describes the pipeline in the ecosystem source. It makes no assertion about the runtime an operator has installed. The pipeline README provides invocation, configuration, upgrade and recovery procedures; root AGENTS.md sets source contribution rules.
- Reimagined pipeline: four stages, three model roles, revision-bound hardening, integration and final security.
-
Job and shared session contract: session authority,
pipeline_commit, push replies and recovery boundaries. - Agent labels: status labels, stop controls and recovery meaning.
- Token spend: usage records, prompt provenance and commit/push attribution.
- Pipeline decisions and code and tooling decisions: durable constraints and rejected alternatives.
-
Coding practices digest: ecosystem's contribution rules, subordinate to its authoritative
AGENTS.md.
The caller supplies a separately pinned wiki checkout through --brain-path. The job snapshots only the stage's mapped prompt pages, not Decisions or reference pages. It does not install or fetch this wiki. A brain pin does not change the configured target: project-buddy jobs use project-buddy's target wiki as writable job docs/.
Other reference material must be supplied explicitly; any additional local pipeline-reference checkout must also be pinned explicitly. It is not automatically loaded by --brain-path.
Follow the wiki style guide. Wiki edits belong to axolotl-logic-io/ecosystem.wiki.git, on its master publication branch, not the code repository's main. Review changes independently before publication. Pin the reviewed commit in the caller-owned checkout and verify its clean state and prompt hashes before use. Recording a wiki gitlink in a code repository is a separate reviewed change; no ecosystem code submodule is assumed here.
Publication is not installation. Installation requires its own operator approval and exact-source review; see the cutover procedure. Do not repoint project-buddy's target wiki to this repository. The sidebar links every reference page.
