Project Buddies Software Ecosystem

This is the wiki for all software related to Project Buddies. This includes the software factory. This wiki acts as the second-brain of the agents.

Agents should conform to the style guide

project-buddy is a personal website that teaches Blender through each user's own projects, with a tutor that cites the Blender manual. This wiki holds the project's design decisions and the plans for building it. The coding practices are in the repo's CONTRIBUTING.md and the Code and tooling decisions. They cover all code in the ecosystem: the site, the issue pipeline and every tool beside them (practices-cover-all-code). How to run the app is in the README.md.

Pages

  • Decisions: every design decision and what it rejected, one page per area. Issues and code comments name a decision by its slug, such as claude-spend-quota.
  • Blender AI tutor: the product's goal, its version 1 definition of done, and where the build stands.
  • Issue pipeline: the agent pipeline that turns GitHub issues into merged PRs, and its decisions.
    • Agent labels: every agent:* label the pipeline sets, and how to resume a stopped issue.
    • Running the issue pipeline: how to set up, start, steer and pause the pipeline, and how to run one issue now.

Editing

Edit pages here or in a clone (git clone https://github.com/axolotl-logic/project-buddy.wiki.git wiki from the repo root; the repo ignores wiki/). The issue pipeline checks this wiki out for every issue. Its spec writer reads it, and its implementer commits wiki updates, which are reviewed with the code and pushed here when the PR merges.
