Folia support

The whole plugin now runs on Folia, the base plus all 8 addons. Every plugin.yml declares folia-supported: true.

Two things don't work on Folia, both because Folia's own docs list them as unimplemented:

	On Folia
/invsee <player>, /enderchest <player>	One live inventory can't be shared across two region threads. The command tells you instead of failing silently.
Health Share team name colours	Folia considers all scoreboard API broken. Shared health itself works normally.

One behaviour difference worth knowing: Lava Raise's damage-mobs only burns mobs in chunks near a player on Folia, since mobs elsewhere aren't ticking.

Server software is now documented in the README: Paper (including Purpur, Pufferfish, Leaves) and Folia. Spigot and CraftBukkit are still unsupported.

NPCs on Minecraft 26.x

The NPCs addon previously only worked on 1.21.x. It now runs on 26.x as well. It still needs a Mojang-mapped Paper server.

New Lava Raise option: spectate-on-death

Defaults to true. A player who dies while the lava is up goes to spectator until the event ends.

Addon versioning

Each addon JAR now carries its own version independent of the base, so an addon can ship a fix without a full-plugin version bump. Base is 4.3.0.
