  • Updates legacy default consultation success messages from “sent” to “received”.
  • Preserves success messages that site owners customized.
  • Shows the Free one-published-assessment limit before submission.
  • Keeps draft saving and editing available when publishing is unavailable.
  • Adds a clear internal Pro overview link at the publishing limit.
