Phantom v1.0.6: connector setup, model providers, and walkthrough fixes
Phantom v1.0.6: connector setup, model providers, and fixes from two walkthroughs
This release also carries the previously unreleased v1.0.4 and v1.0.5.
Connector setup (v1.0.6)
- Test Connection works for all nine bundled connectors, and each says what it checked.
- Edit Instance shows every field the connector declares, and saving a changed setting restarts that connector so it takes effect.
- HTTP Sender asks for a Destination first: XSIAM HTTP collector, Cribl integration, or both, and shows only those fields.
- A disabled instance pauses its tools, and lists, numbers and on/off settings are saved as real values (check the Web Browser allowed-domains setting after upgrading; see CHANGELOG.md).
- Cortex XSIAM and XDR connectors now say they need a Standard API key.
Model providers (v1.0.5)
- Phantom runs on Anthropic Claude and OpenAI as well as Google Gemini, with a live model registry and one default model. Vertex is no longer required.
Fixes and documentation (v1.0.4)
- Fixes for Services, Hooks, Benchmark, About and Observability, and documentation for the pages the first walkthrough did not reach.
Release engineering
- The connector runtime and every connector image are now built from this release instead of re-tagged from 1.0.0, so a connector can no longer run on an older runtime than its release.
Images are public under ghcr.io/ayman-m/*-oss at 1.0.6. Full details are in CHANGELOG.md.
Install or upgrade by running phantom-installer from the assets below (verify it against phantom-installer.sha256).
