This Draft is ready for the four manifest-bound assets listed below. Do not
publish it until the elevated offline-installer install/uninstall acceptance
has been rerun against this exact build.

Highlights

• Adds guarded local attachment ingestion for images, Unity packages, and
  managed ZIP imports without placing raw binary payloads in model prompts.
• Adds model-aware reasoning controls with provider-specific request mapping,
  explicit default/off semantics, and shared behavior across Settings,
  connection tests, streaming, and ordinary requests.
• Deepens Doctor into a modular detect-and-repair system shared by the CLI,
  FastAPI runtime, desktop bridge, and UI. Repairs remain explicit, bounded,
  backed up or quarantined where appropriate, and Unity/project writes still
  use approval plus checkpoint protection.
• Hardens session, chat, checkpoint, configuration, and packaged-runtime
  recovery against malformed, conflicting, stale, or partially written state.

Validation

• Source: 1,137 Python tests plus 43 subtests passed; TypeScript/Vite,
  Agentic smoke, nine Node contracts, Rust check plus 28 tests, compile/parser,
  diff, and public-boundary checks passed.
• Strict package manifest: version 1.3.4, commit
  ca4b4034756735ebff721c53450fdd58eb70e21c, release eligible, no relaxed
  build flags, verified bundled uv archive digest.
• Packaged backend: bootstrap, Doctor, CLI Doctor, install integrity, proof
  index, redacted support bundle, process cleanup, and port cleanup passed.
• Packaged Skill Ecosystem: strict manifest binding, signed package lifecycle,
  governance, Path-to-Skill, privacy, and cleanup passed with zero assertions.
• Golden Path: signed .vsk preflight, dry-run, import, disable, uninstall,
  package identity, runtime provenance, and cleanup passed in safe-default mode.
• Portable ZIP: path safety, CRC, required files, embedded version, exact
  digest, extraction, and temporary cleanup passed.
• Pending before publication: elevated offline-installer install/health/
  uninstall/user-data-preservation acceptance for this exact installer hash.
