Azahar Android - App crashes and won't launch again after selecting game to play

Description of Issue

Installing app for first time. Got user folder setup and game folder setup. If I try to launch settings or a game the app crashes and will never reopen till I clear all data in the app.

Running on Samsung Note20 Ultra.

Just to confirm I ran the same ROM on my laptop with this emulator and it works no issues.

Expected Behavior

Expecting game to launch in emulator.

Reproduction Steps

Brand new setup, select user and apps folders, then launch game or settings, permanent crash. App doesn't reopen till it gets reset.

This is an Android 13+ specific issue, as this update introduced security measures that changed the scope of MediaStore URIs. The code to access files seems to be unchanged from the final version of Citra. So both are incompatible with Android 13+.
