Shatterbox Release 7.5

Minor performance optimizations and bugfixing. No additional tags should be created, the number of tagged instances should now remain constant using destructions. The same has been done with the GridSize attribute, there is much much less usage of SetAttribute.

ImaginaryVoxels() works with FilterTagged now. The commit that fixed immediate tagged instance updates with ImaginaryVoxels() was hotfixed into this release.
