Add full WebRTC support for Tuya and add support for Inkbird IBS-M2 Support

Added support for Inkbird IBS-M2 Support thanks to @EvanSchalton for his amazing work!

Added full support for WebRTC using the builtin go2rtc instance in current HA installations

Your camera might now show 2 streams, one for the low quality, one for the high quality

I've tested this in both Chrome and Firefox, let me know if you have issues with other browsers (even though I think Firefox was the hardest to implement...)
