• Removed locking/unlocking state as it tends to make devices stuck if update is not properly reported

• Fixed a small issue with ALARM_MESSAGE event implementation
  
• Move lock settings to device settings
  
• Made consumption and battery sensors cross category
  
• Fixed an issue that could cause missing consumption sensors
  
  This is the last build for HA2026.4, the next one will target HA2026.5.
