Scopes the 8→4 consolidation: maya (runtime) / thoth (+vite +dom-info) / azoth (umbrella) / valhalla (conformance); chronos out, jsonic → own org. Captures dep facts + which moves are solo-safe vs need your versioning/repo decisions (azoth is published; chronos/vite-plugin export changes are breaking → major bump; jsonic needs an external repo).
