• Fixed add_ci() crash for completeness and relative_occupancy: Corrected the exclusion list (noci_list) in add_ci() to replace "coverage" with "completeness" and add "relative_occupancy". This ensures these unsupported indicators warn and return cleanly instead of throwing a fatal error.
• Improved uncertainty calculation documentation: Fully documented the uncertainty calculations (or reasons for exclusion) for all indicators outside the scope of add_ci(), including observed species richness, richness density, sample completeness, relative occupancy, cumulative richness, turnover, and taxonomic distinctness.
