What's Changed

  • Users can specify a region for the indicator to be computed on, regardless of the cells in the cube.
  • The indicator functions (compute_impact_indicator, compute_impact_per_site and, compute_impact_per_species) intersect the cube and the provided region (sf object)
  • The indicator functions only compute the indicator of cells that fall in the region
