Added support for an optional "ignore file" containing wildcard patterns, to ignore files in the source directory. It can be specified with --ignore <path>.

Each pattern is defined on a separate line, with a * symbol denoting that any character before the sequence after it is accepted. Lines, trimmed of whitespace, beginning with #, denote comments. Patterns beginning with ! match files that are to always be included. Unlike a .gitignore file, which this syntax is inspired by, patterns always match the whole path from beginning to end, without a / symbol at the beginning of the path to test.

Example:

# The FastDL doesn't need any of these sounds.
sound/test/*

# Except all of these.
!sound/test/egg*.wav

# Clients can get navmeshes elsewhere.
*.nav
