akgentic-framework v2.0.0

A major release. The headline change is Catalog v2 — a ground-up redesign of akgentic-catalog. All other packages (core, llm, tool, agent, team, infra, frontend) are synced to their latest master.

Catalog v2 (breaking)

akgentic-catalog has been rebuilt around a single, unified model:

• Unified Catalog API — the old per-type services (agent_catalog, team_catalog, template_catalog, tool_catalog) and per-type repositories are replaced by one Catalog class and a single Entry model covering every catalog kind.
• Namespace-oriented layout — catalog content is organised into namespaces (global, agent-team, digital-product-team, …), each with its own _meta.yaml, agents, models, tools, prompts and team definitions. A new namespace_meta model and namespace bundle import/export replace the flat agents/ teams/ tools/ templates/ directories.
• New resolver — resolver.py resolves cross-namespace references, sibling overrides and typed splices into fully materialised cards.
• New serialization & validation layers — dedicated serialization.py and validation.py modules; namespace-level validation with structured validation reports.
• Single unified API router — the four separate *_router.py modules collapse into one router.py with consistent body-format handling.
• Postgres backend rework — per-type repos replaced by one repository.py with a query translator; Mongo backend likewise consolidated into a single entry repository. (The previous Nagra-specific Postgres repos are removed.)
• CLI rebuilt — per-type CLI commands replaced by a unified CLI with bundle, validate and graph/schema support.

Other changes

• Frontend — new namespace panel (route, guard, validation report) for browsing and editing catalog namespaces; chat, home, auth and API/fetch services updated to the v2 catalog API.
• infra — admin catalog routes updated for the unified catalog; mutation-log and auth-dependency helpers added; team workspace cleanup on delete.
• team — welcome announcement / welcome-message support added.
• core — AgentCard and ActorSystem refinements.
• CI / release — release workflow can now be dispatched from any branch (not just master); per-package CI workflows updated.

Migration note: Catalog v1 data and code are not compatible with v2. v1 examples are preserved under examples-v1-archived/ and v1 fixtures under tests/fixtures/*-v1/ for reference.
