Added several options to control beach generation, including:

Beach generation toggle
Beach clay deposit generation toggle
Higher gravel beach generation toggle
Sand/gravel beach thresholds, to control the frequency of generation
Toggles for each type of vanilla disk (sand/gravel/clay)
