General ‐ Setup ‐ Installation
After ABDTuner and/or Roku Bridge is/are in place and properly set up, there are only two items needed: the configurations/plugins and the stations.
-
“Configurations” are how ADBTuner knows how to act, as are "Plugins" in Roku Bridge. They consist of simple files that contain coded instructions. Out of the box, ADBTuner and Roku Bridge have default approaches that work great with the deep linking method, but that is not what is needed here. Instead, a set of customized configurations/plugins have been made available for you.
-
The “stations” are the list of actual channels that you want to be able to launch. Each one is tied to a specific configuration/plugin, hence why that step is important to complete first. Similar to configurations/plugins, stations are also just a simple file with all the pertinent details.
With both of these available in the proper locations and loaded, you will have access to everything shown in this repository, or whatever slice you might desire. There are two ways to approach this: using OliveTin for Channels or tool built-in importing.
No matter the approach, you should end up with all or a subset of the stations.
