It is not necessary to run the update script (located at /core/update.php) for this update.
What's Changed

The module now also implements hook_search_combined_result() to integrate with the Search Combined module so that comment search results also appear on the integrated Combined search tab that module provides when it is configured to include comments.

Comment search results are ranked by relevance score. Comment rankings settings can be found on the search settings page and is described in the README file.
