Fixed the pagerer_example module to work with Backdrop.
If using in conjunction with the pager_fix module an issue related to the pager_fix module will cause a warning because there are multiple pagers on the example page. Until this is fixed in that module use the pager_fix exclude path option to exclude admin/config/user-interface/pagerer/example. See issue backdrop-contrib/pager_fix#1
