Views add screen ignores pager option

I get an error when adding a new view here: admin/structure/views/add. The default on the initial screen is to create a page with the pager option selected. I keep it as is and then selected Continue and Configure. The resulting view defaults to "Display a specified number of items" rather than the default pager.

@klonos can you mark this as a bug? I just tested it again and confirmed that it's broken.
