Date formats did not upgrade from Drupal 7 to Backdrop CMS

On my Drupal 7 site I had 1 custom date format (provided by a module) but the other three long, medium, and short I expected would upgrade into Backdrop. After the migration they were all missing their am/pm on the ends, which roughly matches the default date formats in backdrop core.

We should double check that date format configurations that were done in Drupal are being upgraded properly into the new Backdrop date format system.

I upgraded a site from D7 with am/pm-suffixed times and they look the same in Backdrop... Perhaps there's something else going on in your site?

Interesting, I'll run the update again and note the before/after state in the db/config and in the UI. I wonder if this is due to a date_formats_alter() or similar on the D7 site!
