[UX] Quality of life enhancements to the Administer content view - remember exposed filters & reset button #7140

Description of the need

Might be too nitpicky (feel free to close if so), but it would be nice if the "Administer content" view's exposed filters remembered previous selections (for Authenticated user).

Also, if the Exposed form style also included the "Reset" button.

Proposed solution

Backdrop would ship with those exposed filters set to "Remember the last selection" for Authenticated users. Also, the Exposed form style would include the Reset button.

Alternatives that have been considered

I've thought about writing a custom module that does this on enable, but it feels like overkill. And of course I know I can (and do) just edit the view and add those tweaks myself. It seems like something that would be nice though.

Additional information

If this is too specialized a request, feel free to close.

Draft of feature description for Press Release (1 paragraph at most)

Backdrop's Administer Content view now includes a "Reset" button, and remembers previously selected filter options.
