Resend has supported webhook management via its API since October 2025,
so the driver no longer has to send people to the dashboard. It now lists
the existing webhooks and creates one for the signed route, subscribed to
the events that mails.logging.tracking asks for.

The manual endpoint is still printed when no API key is configured.
