This is a maintenance release that adds a software bill of materials (SBOM) to the wheel distribution. This addition helps users improve their software supply chain security by making it easier to scan for vulnerabilities, audit licenses, and manage dependencies. The SBOM is generated using Pitloom.
This patch does not include any bug or security fixes.
