Standalone builds for macOS (universal) and Windows.

Neither build is code-signed. On macOS, right-click the app and choose
Open the first time. On Windows, SmartScreen will warn once — choose
More info, then Run anyway.

Windows audio runs on WASAPI: open the audio settings and pick exclusive
mode with a small buffer if you are playing it from a MIDI controller.
