Reminder for Task, Sorting and Grouping

Task Reminder System

• Native notifications for due tasks:
• System notifications appear when tasks reach their due time
• Background scheduler checks for due tasks every minute
• Visual indicator (🔔) shows which tasks have reminders set
• Click notifications to focus the app and view tasks
• Cross-platform support (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Note: Reminders only work while the app is running

Advanced Sorting System

• Multiple sort criteria: Recent, Title, Created Date, Size, Tag Count, Priority, Status, Category
• Primary, secondary, and tertiary sorting levels for complex organization
• Quick presets: Recently Modified, Alphabetical, Recently Created, Largest First, Priority
• Note Grouping
  • Group notes by Category, Status, Priority, or Date:
  • Collapsible group headers (collapsed by default for cleaner view)
  • Custom priority ordering (High → Medium → Low)
  • Date grouping with Today, This Week, This Month, Older sections
  • Shows note count per group

Misc.

• Always on Top - New View menu option to keep app window above all other windows (cross-platform support)
• User Guide Link - Added "User Guide" in Help menu that opens documentation in default browser
