• Tasks stopped saving after a busy database — a COMMIT that failed
  (SQLite reporting the database busy against the sync engine's connection)
  left the connection inside a transaction while the depth counter had
  already unwound. Every later write then issued a plain BEGIN, hit
  "cannot start a transaction within a transaction", and returned early, so
  the app silently dropped every save for the rest of the session —
  completing a task, adding one, editing one — while the write-ahead log grew
  unbounded because the open transaction blocked checkpoints. Transactions now
  read SQLite's own autocommit state, take the write lock up front with
  BEGIN IMMEDIATE, and always roll back rather than leaving one open.
• Board: dropping a card into Completed marks the task done again. The
  seeded Done column lost its .done role whenever the column list came from
  a build (or a synced Mac) that stored no role, which turned the drop into a
  plain move. The Done column now keeps its role, and any column can be made
  the Done column from its ⋯ menu.
