N0JCG Packet Assembly and Transport v0.1.2

Source patch correction release.

This release adds the actual N0JCG client-side source patch that was used in
the WES build. It is applied to the published Pat v0.17.0 and wl2k-go v0.12.1
source snapshots by scripts/build-arm64.sh.

The patch covers:

  • gateway-led Packet RMS handshake sequencing;
  • runtime secure-login password handling for split RF/mailbox identities;
  • explicit FBB client-turn behavior;
  • FC/F> mailbox-index and checksum diagnostics;
  • the local wl2k-go replacement used for the build.

Highlights:

  • Adds the complete Pat v0.17.0 source snapshot.
  • Adds the complete wl2k-go v0.12.1 source snapshot.
  • Includes upstream MIT license files and source provenance.
  • Adds a Linux ARM64 build script.
  • Corrects the documentation to distinguish upstream protocol behavior from
    N0JCG appliance packaging and integration.
  • Retains the validated ARM64 client binary and release packages.

N0JCG Packet Assembly and Transport v0.1.0

Initial client-side Packet RMS release for the N0JCG Winlink Email Server.

Highlights:

  • Linux ARM64 executable for Raspberry Pi 4 and compatible systems.
  • Standard Packet RMS client handshake after the CMS prompt.
  • Normal FF, FS, and FQ mailbox flow.
  • Runtime identity support for any authenticated Winlink user.
  • No hard-coded N0JCG mailbox, gateway, or password.
  • Build and protocol notes for operators and maintainers.

This release is intended for controlled RF field testing with a DigiRig and a
properly configured 1200-baud AFSK packet radio path.
