应用内更新与统一发布日志

引入应用内更新基础设施，并将 GitHub Release、更新清单与客户端版本新内容统一到同一份双语数据源。

新增

  • 设置页「关于」新增手动检查更新入口和更新状态。
  • 启动后静默检查新版本，发现更新时提供非阻塞提示。
  • 安装更新并重启后首次展示当前版本的新内容。

改进

  • GitHub Release 正文、CHANGELOG 和 updater notes 改为由结构化双语发布日志统一生成。
  • 后续 Early Preview 版本使用普通 Release 通道，保证 latest.json 地址稳定可用。

In-app updates and unified release notes

Introduces the in-app update foundation and unifies GitHub Releases, updater metadata, and in-app What's New content under one bilingual source.

Added

  • Added manual update checks and update status to Settings > About.
  • Added a silent startup update check with a non-blocking availability notice.
  • Added a one-time What's New dialog after an update is installed and relaunched.

Changed

  • GitHub Release bodies, CHANGELOG, and updater notes now come from one structured bilingual source.
  • Future Early Preview builds use the regular Release channel so the latest.json endpoint remains stable.
