GraphNest v0.6.1

Compatibility: pre-1.0 pilot; Kubernetes 1.25 or newer. Patch release with
no migrations and no required configuration changes. The optional Helm value
server.extraEnv defaults to empty.
Security: images include SBOMs, provenance, and GitHub attestations.
Enrichment backfill uses the existing route-bound fetcher and adds no new
outbound destinations; server.extraEnv renders into a ConfigMap and is for
non-secret values only.
