How to reproduce

1. Launch BambuStudio
2. Navigate to the Device tab
3. Select Bambu Lab X1 Carbon
4. Click on the HMS tab

Actual results

So this happened directly after updating the firmware of my X1C, when I closed and re-opened studio it seems to be resolved but wanted to open this to ensure it wasn't an edge case.

Expected results

Should be able to communicate with printer

Having same issue with brand new setup on H2D.

Printer Firmware: 01.01.00.00 (latest Version)
Handy Version: 3.0.1
Studio Version: 02.00.01.50

Also getting a pop up in Studio saying "please try updating bambu studio and then try again" Just keeps popping up randomly.

Note: I have used orca slicer and the bambu network plug in previously for a DIY klipper printer but have not tried to connect it to the Bambu printer.

@StoneLiBambu Any update to this? Happening after H2D firmware update to 01.01.02.08. I was able to get beyond this through full firmware downgrade then upgrade again, uninstalling BS and bambu handy, but now I get constant MQTT errors stemming from the AMS 2 Pro. If the AMS is disconnected, MQTT issues go away.

Unbinding and rebinding the printer to my account will clear the MQTT issues for 1 day and then they will be back again.

I have similar issues as Phil, just from time to time, with my P1S.

Their "feature" to block 3rd party software, like Orca Slicer, backfired.

Yeah, I still randomly get it on the printer itself, or the desktop app, or the mobile app

It usually sort of just goes away but doesn't fill me with confidence

Yes, I have this issue as well. P1P with AMS and latest versions.

Reverting P1S firmware to 01.08.01.00 made it more stable.

Because 01.08.02.00 is out for a while and there was not hot fix, I'm afraid we'll have to live with that if the next firmware adds important features. Just with some remote power switch to restart the printer once a while.

This MQTT encryption makes a lot of sense, but can't the encryption be based on the printer code? Or have an alternate route to communicate with it via local lan MQTT with the printers code, and let the handy/studio/server use their own key?

The encryption is stopping 3p devices from connecting to the printer, and it would be great to have a more open device through the MQTT security defined by the printer rather then open.

same with A1 since updating firmware I get this error all the time or jobs never actually get to the printer...
