How to reproduce

Open Bambu Studio v2.5.0.66 on Windows 11.
Log in to Bambu account (cloud mode, “LAN only mode” is OFF on the printer).
Select the P1S printer (Wi-Fi connected to the router, printer shows a valid LAN IP address).
Slice any model (example: a simple plate) and click “Send print”.
Bambu Studio fails to send the job.

Actual results

“Send print” fails.
Error code: -3030

Expected results

Currently, there are mainly two types of reasons that can cause this error:

1. There is local malware or other attack on the network
2. The local machine lacks the RootCA certificate corresponding to the server
   For situation 1, we recommend that you first check whether the configuration on your computer has any impact, and you can determine whether it is a computer issue by switching the network environment (such as using a personal hotspot).
   For Case 2, you can try to manually install the certificate provided by Amazon to attempt to resolve the issue ：http://crt.rootg2.amazontrust.com/rootg2.cer

If none of the above measures can resolve your issue, you can switch to LAN-Only mode to temporarily avoid this problem, and we will continue to investigate this issue.

Thanks for the help. This solved my issue.

On Windows, Click the Start Menu or Search button and Run "certlm.msc" as administrator
Navigate to Certificates Local Computer => Trusted Root Certification
Right Click Certificates => All Tasks => Import
Import the downloaded certificate to the Trusted Certificate Root Store.
Close Bambu Client and Re-Open.
Try to print again.

Nouvellement sur W11 ça ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai ajouté dans les exceptions pour le traçage des sites bambulab.com et makerworld.com et cela fonctionne. J'ai redémarré l'appli bambu et hop, ça fonctionne. Bien à vous!
