JSON output schema stability golden test for `confide run --json`

Downstream leaderboards and reports depend on the confide run --json shape; lock it with a golden test so accidental schema drift is caught.

Acceptance criteria

• Pydantic-typed output model (if not already present).
• A golden-file test asserting the --json keys and shape.
• Documented in the README.
