Tox coverage tasks pass after removing mlbayeswoodbury method from tests. Confirmed manually that a correct error is raised when trying to use the research methods, but that they could be used with the expertMode flag set to True. Confirmed that exportMode flag had no bearing on using directbayes method.
Set two calibration methods as research grade
Needed to add warnings, which is generally a good idea, due to ambiguity/overwhelming power of the expertMode flag now. Some manual playing around suggests that this is working and that warnings are raised as expected. To be checked more carefully during review.
