First public preview of OpenWallPet, a lightweight macOS desktop companion that runs entirely offline.

Highlights

  • Six bundled pets: Orange Tabby, Tuxedo Cat, Siamese Cat, Shiba Inu, Golden Retriever, and Pembroke Corgi.
  • Every pet follows the cursor with 25 distinct directional gaze poses.
  • Transparent, click-through desktop overlay across connected displays.
  • Menu-bar controls for visibility, pet selection, and quitting.
  • No accounts, analytics, network dependency, downloadable content, or runtime AI.

  • macOS 14 Sonoma or newer
  • Apple Silicon Mac
