1.0.2 won't open on Windows?

  • If 1.0.2 quits as soon as it starts, without a window, its built-in update can't run either: download 1.0.3 from https://baocode.dev/download and install it over the old version. Your settings and conversations are kept.

Fixed

  • Windows: on some PCs 1.0.2 quit right after starting, without showing a window (when the Visual C++ runtime installed was an older one). BaoCode now carries the runtime it needs instead of using the system's
  • Windows: Claude Code installed with Volta failed to start, reported as not recognized
