- ArgoCD app-of-apps manages all cluster resources with self-heal and prune
- CI/CD GitOps loop: push → build → SHA tag commit → ArgoCD auto-sync
- OTEL Collector + Aspire Dashboard for in-cluster observability
- Complete UI refresh: 11 pages restyled with shadcn/ui and oklch design tokens
- Runtime API URL resolution for client-side K8s deployment
