v0.1 - Initial Release of MiniTools Library

This is the first official release (v0.1) of the MiniTools library. It includes the following:

• A utility function for validating integer input, get_valid_input(), which ensures that the user provides a valid number.
• Initial version of the library, available as a dynamic link library (DLL) and header file (minitools.h) for integration into C projects.
• The library is free for personal, educational, and open-source use. For commercial use, a commercial license is available.

Future updates will add more utility functions and enhancements to the library.
