Hello Zipcode validators ;-)

Thanks to @jcglombard Luxembourg postal codes now accept the official L-XXXX format in addition to four digits. Both 8211 and L-8211 are valid.

To upgrade run:

$ composer update barbieswimcrew/zip-code-validator
