v0.16.0: weather tips, water more or less, change one run, overlap warnings
Weather tips: from your weather entity's daily forecast, Home shows tips for today and tomorrow, each with one button: rain expected → Skip tomorrow (outdoor zones only), hot day → +30 % tomorrow, frost risk → Skip runs before 10:00. One tip per run: rain comes first and includes frost ("8.0 mm rain, frost down to 1 °C"); there is no heat tip on a rainy day, and when you already set extra water for that day the rain tip says so and skipping ends it. Each tip says what it saves (from the minutes that would really water: litres when flow rates are set, else minutes) and where the forecast comes from. Not now hides one tip, Don't suggest stops a kind (turn it back on in Settings). Tips only suggest; nothing changes until you press a button. No rain tip while the automatic rain-forecast skip is on, and no heat tip while "Water more when it's hot" is on. Settings → More options → Weather tips: on / off, weather entity (automatic by default), hot day, frost, rain and rain-chance thresholds (°C or °F as Home Assistant uses), extra water on hot days, and the evening notification time.
Tips as a notification the evening before: tick Weather tips (evening) under Send notification when. One notification at the set time (default 19:00) with tomorrow's tips and up to two buttons in the Home Assistant app; a button does the same as in the panel. When the forecast changes, the notification is replaced, or removed when no tip is left.
Water more / less for a few days: on Home, Water more / less (always on the status card, also while a zone waters) sets +20, +30, +50 % or −20, −30 % for 1, 2, 3 or 7 days for every scheduled and calendar run, with a preview of the next runs ("Front lawn 15 → 20 min"); a banner shows it with Change and End now. Water now is never changed. Services set_boost / clear_boost.
Change one run only: tap a run in This week → This time only: a new start time the same day and/or a length from 50 to 200 % (each option shows its minutes). The schedule stays as it is; the week shows "moved from 7:30 PM" or "8 → 12 min this day", and Undo change puts the run back. Skip this run now works on any future run, and the dialog has Edit schedule. Services set_override / clear_override (up to 31 days ahead); skip_next takes an optional date.
This week shows what will really happen: minutes after the temperature adjustment and the boost ("35 → 42 min"), litres per day, the day's forecast (high / low, rain), "likely skipped (rain forecast)", "changed for this day", and + Add on a day without watering.
Overlaps are visible and easy to fix: runs that water at the same time are marked red ("same time as Morning lawn") in the list, and a new Timeline view shows each day as lanes per zone (overlaps also carry ⚠). A run's dialog offers Move to 6:35 AM, this day only or every time; the watering time editor warns while you type and offers Move to 6:35 AM, the first time without overlap; saving is still allowed.
Zones at once: Settings → More options → Watering at the same time (was "Allow plans at the same time") → Zones at once (No limit, 1, 2, 3); the hints in the week view link straight to it. With a limit, a scheduled run that would overlap waits its turn (up to 3 hours, also across a restart) and the status card says who is waiting. Water now never waits.
Reports: "Skips saved 120 min and about 1.4 m³ of water in the last 30 days".
Fix: one clock everywhere: when the browser was in another time zone than Home Assistant, Home showed runs in the browser's time while Zones and Plans showed Home Assistant's. All panel times now use Home Assistant's time zone, with a note on This week when they differ.
Fix: zone card while watering: the Zones tab said "Last: 27 s ago • started • no runs last 7 days" during a run; it now says "Watering now, 7:12 left".
