New kernel types and flavours

This release handles new kernel types used in Cauldron and potentially Mageia 10.
In QA mode the screen is not cleared on start and the program is not re-run after using help or listing the log.
Notes have been added (in English so far) in the man and help page to warn that when mixing the -t (test) option with other commands that change the configuration file(s), when run as root, the changes will happen. Only kernel removal will NOT happen.
