Fix bug when rok launched from menu in QA mode

This release does the following:
Fixes a bug where the terminal closed immediately if launched from the menu and QA mode was set.
Improves Russian explanation of -t option in the help file.
Adds translated info to indicate LIVE mode in the header.
Adds explanation of LIVE mode in README.urpmi.
Minor code improvements and comments.
