• Claude Opus 4.6 (claude-opus-4-6) added to allowed models — the most capable Claude model
• GPT 5.3 Codex (gpt-5.3-codex) added to allowed Codex models
• Model name normalization: trailing -0 suffixes are automatically stripped (e.g. claude-opus-4-6-0 → claude-opus-4-6)

Codex Bootstrap Reliability Fix

• Extended readiness detection: if Codex CLI isn't ready after initial wait, a secondary 10-second polling loop retries detection
• Safety abort: if Codex CLI still isn't ready after the extended wait, bootstrap is skipped and the instance is marked as error — preventing accidental shell command execution
• Added settle time before bootstrap message delivery
