  • restores 990 source checks and 137 latest source runs from the privacy-safe repository snapshot
  • preserves source health counters and last successful/verified timestamps
  • restores four published Scout insights and their four evidence links
  • keeps source samples, raw payloads, job details, proxy endpoints, and credentials out of Git
  • verified in a fresh SQLite database: score 30, raw 42, evidence coverage 20%, four Scout insights
