Minor fixes:
- Clear effect activation checkbox when timed effects (duration not infinite) end
- Send single-axis directions verbatim without modifications. On a device with one FFB axis (a wheel), the direction builder replaced a zero
X component with full positive scale, which made directions 0, 90 and 180 identical at the device.
