v5.13.0 – Better MCP support, IDs from URLs

✨ New

• IDs from URLs: movies, creators and users accept a numeric ID, a slug or a full ČSFD URL, in the library, the REST API and CLI exports.
• MCP server:
  • Every tool declares an output schema, so clients know which fields to expect.
  • Published to the official MCP Registry.
  • Setup guides for Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code.
• Types: CSFDUserReviews, CSFDUserReviewsConfig, CSFDOptions and CSFDLanguage are now exported.

🐛 Fixes

• The REST API returns 400 for an invalid ID instead of 500.
• csfd movie "<title>" prefers the exact title match, e.g. Forrest Gump (1994) instead of a same-titled amateur short.
• Homebrew installs the right binary on Linux ARM.
• The library no longer needs TextEncoder just to load.
