Using local storage

This release brings some fixes to improve reliability:

• the extension now uses local storage to pass the generated epub file from the background worker to the user; this will improve the reliability when downloading the generated file and should fix #12
• fix for the shortening titles setting - the titles were modified even if the setting wasn't enabled
