Closeout sweep from review threads on #11/#13: the TAG_RE doc comment (script and embedded copy, kept in lockstep by the drift gate) still described only a prerelease suffix after the regex widened to SemVer build metadata; and the PR-API catch-up poll slept after its final attempt, stretching the bounded window past its stated 30s. Comment-and-polish only; callers don't need a re-pin (the pinned behavior is unchanged — next natural re-pin picks it up).
