Show default terminal in omarchy-launch-about

What do you need?

The About dialog for Omarchy does not use the default terminal app. Hence, it displays the Alacritty version even if another terminal has been installed and is being used as default, i.e. $TERMINAL = Ghostty or Kitty. I understand that Alacritty is still used for specialized tooling, even if another terminal is used as default.

I have modified my omarchy-launch-about to support Ghostty and Kitty too, as I am a Ghostty user myself.
Would this be of interest as a PR or is always displaying the Alacritty version actual intended behavior?

alacritty is hardcoded in many other bins, i think because it would be such a pain to handle and maintain multiple terminals because their different options

This seems to be fixed already. I do see Ghosty in the about dialog in 3.1.5 where is previously saw Alacritty.
